How do I care for my tattoo in the first days?

Leave the foil on for about 2 hours, then wash the tattoo with antiseptic soap and pat it dry with a clean towel. Then apply a thin layer of Bepanthen. The aftercare page explains it step by step.

How long do I keep applying Bepanthen?

Accepted Answer

Four weeks, tapering off: 4 times a day in the first week, 3 times in the second, twice in the third and once a day in the fourth week.

Can I swim, sunbathe or go to the sauna with a new tattoo?

Accepted Answer

Not for the first 2 weeks. Avoid sun, swimming, the bathtub, the sauna and the tanning bed. After that the tattoo is as good as healed and you can do everything again.

Question 4

My tattoo itches and is scabbing. Is that normal?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Some soreness, redness, swelling, itching and a little ink loss are all part of it. Don't scratch the scabs off.

What is the minimum age?

18. From the age of 16 it is possible with permission of a parent or guardian.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, when booking an appointment we ask for a deposit of at least 50 euros.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, up to at least 3 days in advance. If you cancel later, we charge the deposit.

Are touch-ups free?

Accepted Answer

Any touch-ups are free within 10 weeks of getting the tattoo. After that, touch-ups are charged.

Can I bring my child or pet?

Accepted Answer

Children are welcome in the shop by arrangement, pets are not.
